This year, the Rakarsa Foundation is once again collaborating with Project 11 to present an exciting contemporary art exhibition in Bandung. The event aims to offer a comprehensive spectrum that encapsulates the diverse array of artistic, visual, and thematic practices of artists residing in Bandung. The exhibition features seven artists, each bringing unique perspectives and themes to their work, ranging from gender and post-colonialism to spiritualism, displacement, tradition, and the concept of time. These themes reflect the rich tapestry of experiences and narratives that shape the contemporary art scene in Bandung. By showcasing a mix of different approaches and perspectives, Rakarsa and Project 11 aim to create a dynamic and thought-provoking exhibition.
